Dr. Mina Liao was a Singaporean scientist that specialized in robotics and artifical intelligence and one of the founding members of the Overwatch.[1] She was one of the members of the original squad that stopped the first Omnic Crisis. She created Athena, and was also responsible for the creation of Omnics and Echo as she wanted to make the world a better place.

Dr. Mina Liao was involved with the prototype of Athena. She also began a new project involving artificial intelligence.
