Rialto

Rialto is one of the locations in Overwatch. It is an Escort map.

Rialto was home to Talon agent Antonio Bartalotti's sprawling estate and the backdrop to the infamous "Venice Incident," a turning point for Overwatch and Talon. The Italian government has taken great steps to preserve Venice, and the results are striking. Tourists visiting this picturesque town can sample the regional cuisine, enjoy a relaxing gondola ride, visit Galleria D'arte Omnica (the local art gallery), or simply take in the sights with a stroll along the canal.

Rialto was the base of operations of Antonio Bartalotti, a high ranking member of Talon, and was also where the Venice Incident occured when Antonio was murdered by Gabriel Reyes, revealing Blackwatch's existence to the public, causing a significant blow to Overwatch's PR.

September 11, 2018 Patch: Payload travel speed has been slightly increased; Amount of time the payload pauses at checkpoints has been reduced.
