The Deadlock Gang was a notorious group of outlaws that trafficked illicit weapons and military hardware throughout the southwest United States. Talented and ingenious, they were nonetheless captured by Overwatch during a sting operation.
Only one member of the gang, McCree, was offered an opportunity to redeem himself. The others were locked away in prison.
Presumably, the whole deadlock gang can be seen in action in the Reunion animated short, however, this may not be the case as McCree tells Ashe to "say hi to the gang for me" implying that there are more than just the ones McCree faced.
