Atlanta Reign is a US Overwatch League team representing the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The team is owned by Atlanta Esports Ventures. The official team colors are red, light gray, and charcoal.

History[]

Atlanta Reign was founded on August 2, 2018. But it began to play as one of eight OWL expansion teams. On August 2, 2018 it was announced to the world that Atlanta Esports Ventures which is an American venture capital fim, made an affiliation between Cox Enterprises and Province Inc, bought one of Activision Blizzard expansion slots for an estimated price between $30 and $60 million.

On September 9, 2018 Atlanta hired a former San Francisco Shock Head Coach, Brad "Sephy" Rajani as their head coach. On October 28, 2018 the Atlanta Reign announced their full roster consiting of new OWL players.
